The Paradise Horse Arena is the home of the Pine Ridge Riders, C.G.A., district 49. The Paradise Horsemen's Association has leased the Paradise Horse Arena from the town of Paradise since approximately the 1970's. They have a very active membership with lots of activities scheduled both in the arena and outside of the arena, such as trail rides. You must be a member of the California Gymkhana Association in order to ride at the shows put on by the Pine Ridge Riders.
C.G.A. has approximately 50 sanctioned districts located all over California. C.G.A. offers many state run shows also, such as: Spirng Classics, Northern Classics, Jamboree and even State Championships at the end of July.
